Camping in Adam's County with the Millers (May 2012)

We could not move from Ohio without one more camping trip with our favorite people. Tabby's brother-in-law's family has land in Adam's county so we decided to take advantage and go camping there. On the way we stopped at the Amish Country and toured around for a bit. We saw this sign and had to take a picture by it.

We met Tabby's Brother and wife there and also her sister and her family. It was really fun having everyone there. Our camp site was right by this river and it was so hot that we pretty much stayed there two days in a row.

I don't remember why he was mad at me but he has a really good sad face

Well, the dinner that we were in charge of finally finished around 9:00 that night. I did not bring enough briquettes. I couldn't believe I did that. Good thing we had great company and lots of snacks to kill the time

Camping and Cobbler. It does not get any better

I can't say it enough. I love these guys

I took this picture at night. I couldn't believe how clear it showed up

The girls brought these war planes for my boys as a going away gift for each of them. They LOVED them and took them everywhere we went

Some cute pictures of my boys

Lennix with his best friend. It's sad they can't just move with us wherever we go!!

We had just woke up

The slack line and the Millers go hand in hand

It was so beautiful

Jay doing some morning fishing in his PJ's

Always willing to give me smooches

Jensen caught so many fun things at the river

Another fun day at the river

Makes me wonder what they are planning together :)

He just can't seem to keep his swim trunks on

More frogs!

This snake came swimming right up to us so he could eat his lunch. We couldn't believe it!

Lennix and Jensen's Preschool Graduations

During the last 2 weeks of his preschool Miss Alyssa (Lennix's teacher) decided to celebrate all the summer birthdays. Lennix's favorite color is green and wanted all the cupcakes green. We got on line and found a really cute picture of these turtle cupcakes. He loved them and was a good help decorating them. They turned out really cute.

He told me he had a really good day being the Birthday Boy.

Lennix had the best teacher. I love this picture of him and Miss Alyssa

Lennix came home from school and wanted to play with the dental playdough set that we got from his Aunt Julie. He was proud of all the teeth he made

This has nothing to do with graduation - but I had just finished one of the Young Women's hair, Jill, for her prom and  Lennix wanted to take a picture of her driving away. I'm sure one day it will be fun to look back on the cars we drove and where we lived.

Many of the kids in his class. That little boy hugging Lennix (Wyatt) loved him. They were such good buddies.

This year was a little bit different teaching preschool. All of the moms decided to pay for preschool instead of teach it. I really wanted to teach Jensen Preschool at least one year so I talked with my good friend Lois and she wanted the same for Caleb. I was so glad. At first I thought it might not work with only two kids in the preschool class but it ended up being one of my favorite years teaching out of the 3 I've been doing it. I felt like I could really take time on all of the science projects and crafts. It was so much less stressful and I felt like the boys really got close and had a really good experience.

Jensen loved when the weather was good so that he could play outside at Lois's for playtime.

Jensen's Graduation
It was really fun putting together the graduation. I gave them a framed photo of the two of them , an official diploma, a little gift from Lois and I for completing preschool and a picture book of many of the things we did during preschool. We had a spotlight on each of the kids and they shared some of their favorite things they did and learned.

Their favorite thing to eat at snack time was pudding so Lois wrapped up some pudding for both of the boys. Jensen was so excited. So easy to please

We have really loved having our balconies. Many good memories on this round chair. I remember sitting in it at my parents house when I was in middle school down on the bottom deck watching Little Mermaid over and over. Little did I know my own kids would have many hours of watching the stars and taking naps with their dad, turning it into an igloo or a birds nest, and bringing all of their cozy items and snuggling together in it.

Oh, he makes me laugh

Lennix's Graduation
This year was the first year that Lennix went to a "Big School Preschool". He actually wouldn't even let me call it preschool. He just wanted me to call it school :). He did awesome and his teacher loved him. It was so much fun to see him grow and learn so much in such a short amount of time.

I couldn't believe how well he did durning the music presentation. I think they sang about 5 songs and Lennix sang and did all the actions to everyone of them

Yup. That's Lennix going strong with his arms up. He was just really feeling it. We got a kick out of it!

I wish this picture was clearer but it was so cute I had to post it
