I know it's 12:00 am but it's the only time I could really think about how to answer each one. Plus, I think these kind of things are fun and interesting to read about other people. Hopefully mine keeps your interest.
A- Attached or Single? Very much (in all sense of the word) attached to Jay Donald Talbot.
B-Best Friend? Other than my Hot husband I would have to say that my family members are the best friends I could ask for.
C-Cake or Pie? Umm. If it has sugar . . . Yes!!
D-Day of Choice? Thursdays have always been my favorite. During College I would leave a "Happy Thursday" treat on my roommates bed. I should start doing that for my little family!
E-Essential Item? Lotion! I have the driest skin. True story . . . I was once cutting my friends birthday cake and a girl I did not know looked down at my hands (which I had not put lotion on that day) and she told me that she was grossed out by how dry my hands were and would not be having a piece of cake. Don't worry, I'm not scarred for life-I just keep lotion in my bag with me at all times
F-Favorite Color? I love every color in it's element. The color of the sky just before sunset. The color of the ocean when you can almost see right through it to the sand. Dark brown like the color of my Jay Baby's eyes. A hint of red to finish off decorating a room. I am also finding that I really like orange when it comes to climbing gear. Blond, because I did not expect to have two blond boys running around and I love it. Really, I used to say I have favorites but now I think I like them all.
G-Gummy Bears or Worms? Umm. If it's gummy and it has sugar . . . Yes!
H-Hometown? I was born and lived in SOUTH Ogden until I was 15 and now I claim Layton as my home. (I say South Ogden because it really was a wonderful place to grow up but more so in downtown Ogden it was pretty much the ghetto). I'm still surprised that Stephani made it back alive when she worked at Mr. Rags in the mall for a couple of years
I-Indulgence(s)? Fruit Juice. There is this Berry, Pineapple, Passion Fruit Welches drink that I go nuts over. I have to watch my self when I drink it or it could be gone in one sitting. Yes, we are talking about 64 fl oz. When Jay gets on my case for not leaving him much I just let him know that my indulgences could be much worse! :)
J-January or July? Completely July. Is there a better month? Not to mention that it was the month that the world became a better place because I was born!! Really, I would totally take the summer over the winter. I do like the winter, I just wish that it only lasted for 2-3 months instead of feeling like half the year sometimes!
K-Kids? Yes, two beautiful boys named Lennix (almost 2 in July--do I really almost have a 2 year old?) and Jensen (just turned 5 months) I love being a mom of boys- I wouldn't have it any other way.
L-Life is incomplete without...? That's an easy one. MY FAMILY!! Anyone who knows me knows that I totally think I have the coolest family in the world and truly would be lost without them.
M-Marriage Date? January 24th 2004. I have now been married for over 4 years. It sounds funny but we are considered the old couple in our ward. I feel like I have known Jay all of my life and then again it feels like we were just married yesterday. Time flies when your having fun.
N-Number of Siblings? I am the seventh of eight children and yes seven means perfection and completion - you do the math. Completely Joking!! I only wish that came with being the seventh child!!
O-Orange or Apples? Depends on my mood. Although when I was pregnant with Lennix I had a funny moment where I had some oranges at my parent's house in Layton and it tasted SOOO good to me. The next thing I know, I am hunched over with a huge pile of orange peels in front of me and my family is staring and laughing at how fast and how many I had eaten. I still think of that moment every time I eat an orange. Don't you love pregnant stories!!
P-Phobias or Fears? Snakes, Snakes, Snakes. I have had many nightmares of being chased by snakes and my dream came true one day when I was hiking in Adams canyon by my parents home and that was the most scared I've ever been out in the wild.
Q-Quotes? So many, but right now . . . "Life in not measured by the number of breathes we take, but by the moments that take our breath away." It's the quote that is on the wall of the house we live in. I really like it. It makes me want to make my life adventurous and memorable for myself and for my family.
R-Reasons to Smile? There is always a reason to smile. But, I absolutely love to watch Jay rough up our boys. Also, a good friend of mine has been diagnosed with cancer and I have been very very grateful for a healthy, working body. That is something worth smiling about.
S-Season? Absolutely the FALL. I love the smells, the leaves, the crisp in the air after a hot summer and the colors of the season. I always wanted to have a fall wedding but seeing that I started really dating Jay in July, Aug-Sept. seemed a little too soon and too far away. So we settled for a winter wedding. Don't worry, I loved my wedding day. It was picture perfect-it was just not the season I pictured. :)
T-Tag 3 people? I hope they don't mind and don't feel pressured to do it!! Daph, Rach, and Erin
U-Unknown Fact? I have a certain way that I get ready. Without fail I do it the same way everyday. I make sure that my towel is ready for me when I get out of the shower, then immediately after my shower I have to put my lotion on my face because I heard once that if your face is dry you will age quicker (I know you can laugh, even though it's funny I still do it) right after the lotion I put on my makeup basics because I think it will keep the moisture in. After that, my routine doesn't matter but without fail I do these things in the exact same order every time.
V-Very Favorite Store? Well, after having children your shopping excursions are not as often but I have to say that I am a huge Kid 2 Kid fan. I love selling the clothes that my boys don't wear and finding killer bargains there. If you have kids, you should go check it out. I don't know why people pay full price for things when there are stores like this.
W-Worst Habit? NAIL BITING. I go on and off and never fail to get mad at my self when I go for so long without even touching my nails and in one night I am back to square one. Jay has tried to teach me about this self mastery thing and I guess I'm just not getting the hang of it!!
X-X-ray or Ultrasound? I have had both. Do I prefer one over the other? Not necessarily. Was that seriously a question!
Y-Your Favorite Food? I would have to say my mothers twice baked potatoes served with her Italian chicken. Also, good old fashion mashed potatoes and gravy with any meat that Jay's dad, Art, cooks. Man does he sure know how to cook meat!
Z-Zodiac? I am a Cancer. I have never really known what that means so I got on a web site and in a nut shell this is what I found. . .
